Our self catered holiday home near Tucson has 5 bedrooms.  The master bedroom with a king size bed; 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 bedroom with 2 twin beds each. All with comfortable mattresses, cushy pillows and bedding. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub, toilet and sink. Open kitchen/great room plan. Full size kitchen with all appliances and supplies including microwave. Living room with digital cable TV, stereo & DVD.  High speed internet (both wired and wireless).  Large capacity washer and dryer.  3 car garage. Its like your own private casita but a lot bigger!  We offer free calling to anywhere in the USA and Canada and cheap rates on international calls.  We have a large library of DVD's from which to borrow.  Single level - no stairs or steps!.  Monitored, easy to use security system for your peace of mind.

This vacation home is in Vail, Arizona which is minutes from Colossal Cave, Saguaro National Park and Del Lago Golf Course. Old Tucson Studios and Sabino Canyon are nearby.  Tombstone, Kartchner Caverns, Nogales Mexico, mountain lakes or hiking and other fun places are within a reasonable day trip. Every type of recreation is close by.  It sits on a hill on a 1 acre lot with views of the sunsets and city lights out in the distance.  It has easy access to the I-10 freeway providing fast connections to the Tucson International Airport (20 minutes), activities at the Pima County fairgrounds (5 minutes), spring training at TEP baseball park (15 minutes), Tucson Convention Center (20-25 minutes), University of Arizona (25 minutes), Raytheon (varies) and other great places.  Phoenix International Airport is just 2 hours by car.

Take your vacation in Tucson, Arizona and experience the old west in the desert. Daytime weather is perfect throughout the winter, spring and fall. Summer days are hot but, in this area above the city, nights are still cool and quiet.  Stars are abundant and sunsets are beautiful.

Vacation rentals are ideal for families with short term needs, executives who are relocating or any other temporary housing need.  A great alternative to sleeping in hotels and eating every meal at restaurants.  Its a self-serve bed and breakfast for the whole family.

Vail Arizona is just southeast of Tucson.  Built on huge ranches around a railroad depot, it is now a rapidly growing suburb that is nearly surrounded by mountains.  Colossal Cave, which was used by bank robbers to make their get away is in the immediate area.  Colossal Cave has also been used for numerous movies and continues to be a great place to visit.

Prices quoted assume a minimum of a 3 night stay. Add $100 per stay for shorter stays. 

25% deposit to secure reservation. $200 security deposit fully refunded if home is left clean and without damage

$200 cancellation fee which will be refunded if alternative renters can be found.

Non-smoking home only.  Additional cleaning fees may apply for smoking.
